The friendly staff made us feel welcome, and the location was perfect, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. some furnishings appeared worn, and the decor could use refreshing touches. sound insulation between rooms wasn't ideal, leading to occasional disturbances.

i had a great time at the hardwick arms. the room was clean, spacious, and the tv had nice controls. the location is prime, just a short walk to eat at nearby places. breakfast was impressive, and the staff really made a difference with their friendliness.
