The central location made it easy to walk to local attractions, and the attentive waiter added a personal touch by trying to resolve our concerns promptly.

The restaurant boasts a decent breakfast selection and serves quality ingredients. Generous tea and coffee making facilities in the room add a nice touch.
Noise is an unfortunate issue. light sleepers might not fare well with thin walls or old windows that let external sounds pour in. The heating system lacks a timer feature, making temperature control a chore as every radiator needs adjusting individually. First impressions can be marred by the rustic maintenance, such as unpainted plywood doors and less-than-appealing bathroom aesthetics with some wear showing. Stains on towels and a limited-sized room can also contribute to an uneasier vibe during your stay.

The hotel had a lovely clean room and a really comfy bed, making for a pleasant night's sleep. Although breakfast was limited and some issues with the staff's service were noticed, the overall friendly atmosphere made it a decent experience worth recommending.

Ask for extra blankets if you're sensitive to the cold. some rooms have chilly floors, and curtains might not provide enough warmth.

We had a lovely one-night stay and really appreciated the fresh fruit and muffins waiting for us in the room. The free parking was a bonus. The place also offered a cozy lounge and a nice patio area to relax. Just a heads-up, the room got a bit warm during the night, but overall, it was a delightful visit! 😊

Had a great time with my friends here! We visited the Riverside Stadium and a local racecourse close by. The location is perfect for enjoying nearby attractions. Although we had a continental breakfast, the mini fridge in the room was super handy for keeping our drinks cool. Definitely recommend it for a fun getaway!
The only downside was the transport situation – we really needed taxis, but there weren’t any around, which made getting to the racecourse a bit tricky.

The stay was primarily for exploring the nearby attractions and enjoying the local dining scene. The central location was perfect for accessing various pubs and restaurants, making it easy to enjoy Sedgefield's offerings. Although the continental breakfast could have been better, having a mini fridge in the room was a nice plus for keeping drinks cool.

Great vibe and comfy stay!
Had a really nice stay! The room was super clean and pretty spacious. The bathroom was like huge! The staff were so friendly, and the breakfast was pretty solid, though could use more options. The lounge area was a nice spot to relax. A bit of a limited breakfast spread for sure.

Three nights spent in an Economy Twin Room revealed a hotel bursting with charm. The continental breakfast was a delight, with ample daily replenishment of simple yet satisfying options. The friendly staff made us feel welcome, and the location was perfect, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. some furnishings appeared worn, and the decor could use refreshing touches. sound insulation between rooms wasn't ideal, leading to occasional disturbances.

Comfortable Stay with Memorable Breakfasts
I enjoyed my stay in a cozy One-Bedroom Apartment, where I appreciated the friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The highlight was the delightful cooked breakfast, offering a hearty start to the day. Just a tip, request a room away from the bar for less noise.
